This project proposes a building with three homes on a plot of land next to the Rio de la Plata in a neighborhood on the outskirts of Buenos Aires. We proposed two blocks at different heights to make the most of the possibilities of current regulations and at the same time generate a Patio between two volumes that maximized the openness of the units, take advantage of both the morning and afternoon sun and be in direct relation to the River.

The architecture presents a simple and hard, raw, Punk language, of materials designed for exposure to the coast and river storms. The internal facades of the patio are designed so that the green grows in one of them and the intersection of visual privacy to all the environments that overlook it.
